Mike Received his massage education and training at the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany, NY. He is also an active member in the American Massage Therapy Association. His areas of specialty and passion are Myofascial, Sports/Recovery, Swedish, Stress reduction and some energy work.
Mike aims to help each person who he can work with and takes the time to assess the ailment and tailor a treatment that is specific to each person. Mike also has an associate degree in Physical Education from Hudson Valley Community College in 2011. In addition to massage therapy, Mike works full time as a Rehabilitation Aide for Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital. Mike values the need for health and wellness. He tries to educate clients about its importance for an overall healthy lifestyle.
